Thermoplastic (hot plastic) for road marking  “Atlant”
1. DESCRIPTION
Thermoplastics of a trade mark "Atlant" (hereinafter – TP "Atlant") is a composite material (bulk mix) based on an oil polymer binder containing pigments, fillers, plasticizers and functional additives. It contains glass beads in its composition. By customer's request, it can be produced without glass beads.
It is intended for application on the road surface of public roads with asphalt concrete pavement.
“Atlant” TP is available in white and yellow colours. Red colour can also be produced by customer's order.
 TERMS OF USE.
In its original form, it is a loose mixture, in order to achieve a working state, the thermoplastic must be melted to an operating temperature of 200 ° C-220 ° C. The application of road markings with thermoplastics is carried out in a mechanized way using special extruder marking equipment or manually using plastic markers.
2. INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE. 
The consumption of TP “Atlant” when marking without a structural and profile surface is at least 6.5 kg / m2 with a layer thickness of 3 mm.
The consumption of glass beads is at least 300 g/m2, but can be increased depending on the road category or at the request of customers. Glass beads from 400 to 1500 microns are used to obtain the maximum retroreflective effect.
3. PACKAGING
     Plastic bags net weight 20 kg.
4. TRANSPORTATION AND STORAGE
Thermoplastics are stored in covered warehouses in their original packaging at a temperature of +5...+30 ° C, avoiding direct sunlight, moisture and water, in compliance with applicable fire safety regulations. The height of the stack when storing bags should not exceed 2 m.
Transportation is possible by any type of transport in accordance with the rules of cargo transportation applicable to this type of transport. 
5. WARRANTY PERIOD OF STORAGE
12 months from the date of manufacture.
Important for the road marking brigades! 
The air humidity during application should be not more than 65%.
The time before application after precipitation is at least 12 hours.
