How the ‘FF emulsion’ works: when ‘FF emulsion’ is mixed with milled and pre-crushed asphalt (RAP or recycled asphalt powder), the emulsion reacts with old bitumen, "activating and reanimating" it. As the result we got the mixture – cold asphalt.
The ratio of emulsion / asphalt chips = 2 : 100.

Advantages of ‘FF emulsion’:
- the emulsion does not require heating before mixing with asphalt chips;
- does not delaminate during storage and when exposed to low or high temperatures;
- there is no water in the composition;
- shelf life: 12 months.
