Our company has developed and launched the production of «Barline» resin. For reference: MMA resin - methylmethacrylate resin is an ultra-fast-hardening synthetic polymer based on ethers of methacrylic acid. It polymerizes in a matter of minutes, even at subzero temperatures, forming a durable, wear-resistant and chemically resistant coating.

The “Barline” resin has passed successful field tests. It is a complete functional analogue of Degaroute 465 (Evonik / Rohm GmbH) - it has identical physical, mechanical and operational characteristics.
Mechanism: radical polymerization at room temperature without heating
After curing, a solid thermosetting polymer with a spatially crosslinked structure is formed. 100% dry residue, insoluble formula.

RESIN STORAGE: dry room, t = +5 °C ... +25 °C, protection from light. Shelf life — 12 months

HARDENER STORAGE: separate from resin, t = -30 °C ... +35 °C, ventilated room. Avoid contact with rust and heavy metal salts
